I been talking to this girl for a Few months and almost everyday we talk to one another for like2-3hrs and we also work together. When she has to work and Close she wants me up their to chill with her. then last night we stayed in my drive-way in her truck talking till 4am and she told me about how she feels about me and how she knows their something is their with me. She told me for now were just friends (Just like how many relationships starts) and then we I got out to go in she slipped and said "I love you"....I never cared and loved someone like her.....But, She says she is somewhat nervous about it cause of her current boyfriend...She says everyday she feels like her current boyfriend is more like a Friend cause he is so childish and never tries to talk to her or do stuff for her and I do....Anyway, I have strong feelings for her and she kind of knows but not Fully....when we go out Sunday Should I tell her how I feel about her, How I feel so Sad when she is not around???Im lost

I think if you two love each other than you two should try and be together but do NOT try anything with her or try and move foward in a relationship until she has broken up with her boyfriend. Tell her how you feel but tell her you cannot and will not pursue anything with her until she breaks up with her boyfriend or else it would turn into a huge mess. I promise you. When you care about someone and they are with someone else you are setting yourself up to be hurt very bad. You can however safely tell her how you feel and let her know there is something there but I must reinforce the idea that you must for your own protection not purse the relationship if she will not end it with her boyfriend. It is going to take a leap of faith from both of you and I can tell you right now she is going to be scared especially about leaving her boyfriend. See, if you two start seeing each other while she's with her boyfriend she'll just get "comfortable" and will come up with excuse after excuse as to why she won't break up with him or why she needs more time in order to break up with him and ultimately your relationship will be destroyed because you will be hurt every day knowing that she's with this other man and she says she "wants" to be with you and "loves" you but she won't leave him. Understand? Be the big person here, it's going to be tough but you can do it and I promise if things don't work out you will have saved yourself a lot of pain.

This is not a bad thing!!! the two of you both share the same feelings for each other. the only thing that should be holding you back is the fact that she is with another man. if she "loves" you than she just might break up with him and start seeing you.
So the answer is yes let her know exactly how you feel. let her know that you will wait for a while for her to break up with her current bf and then you will put as much effort as you can into a friendship with her before she is comfortable enough to start dating you. this way she knows that when she is single again and she is ready to move on to the next step with you she knows you are still there for her.

Do you really want a girlfriend who would be talking to another man in the way she is talking with you?
She should have respect for herself, her man and her relationship to give him a chance to know she is unhappy and possibly break things off before beginning a relationship with someone else or even opening up to another man in any major way.
She is the immature one in my opinion.

No, not as long as she has another boyfriend on the string. Tell her you are attracted to her but,it can't go further then that until she loses the other boyfriend. Tell her you want to make sure he is just friend . You don't want to split a friendship.But you don't want to be just another bead on her string either.
