living in a nice place, have a great job, a handful of some good friends, ya know, a really great life. My boyfriend lives in a crappy house, doesnt have a job or a car, we've been dating for over a year and we love eachother very much but latley I get this feeling like hes mooching off me, I pay for just about everything and he always apologizes like a fiend when we talk about it but still, he's only had a job for about 5 of the months we've dated. He's obsessed with gaming and sometimes plays while we're on the phone. He is very sweet to me but is this enough? Should I break it off?

Doesn't sound like he wants to do much with his life. Not much of a future, if you ask me. If you married him, he'd expect you to work while he spends your money or lays around the house. Gross.

Does he pay you back? If not, holy cow...RUN FAR AWAY.

Actually, I'd still run from him as far as I am able. Anyone can act "sweet" and be nice. Lazy bums are nice, too.

Get someone who's motivated and has a future. You'll regret it the rest of your life when you're working and he's living off of you.

Ok sweety for one momma always tell me " if you got a man and he doesnt have what you have in atleast 3-4 months hes a nobody drop him." and if you think about it mommas is right because a guy should always be up there with you. I mean in society these days men think that they are the shyt soi if they are they need to have just as much as we do so you need to tell him to step his game up. Never let no man mooch off of you.

Nope, yet be heavily careful...I recommend relatively some human beings think of there's a extensive difficulty with that. and that i recommend heavily careful. in case you have intercourse or something even close then he can get thrown in prison as a pedophile. relatively you probable could locate somebody nearer on your individual age...I recommend, you're fairly the right age to no longer order off the little ones menu anymore, you recognize? yet there is not any longer something incorrect with it. Its in basic terms unlikely that it will pass everywhere different than downhill. yet once you do finally end up marrying the guy and having young little ones sometime then kudos to you. it may relatively pass the two way.

You need to give him an ultimatum. What your doing is enabling his bad behavior - not working. What kind of a man lets his girlfriend pay for everything? I'd say a loser. Stop enabling him by paying for everything. You don't have to be mean about it, but tell him that you can't pay for anything anymore because you need to start saving for ?????? whatever (college, a vacation, a new car, a house, etc...). See how he treats you then. Good luck to you.

Break it off? That's your call. Doesn't sound like he has motivation or goals to get a job. I always had a job with an end in mind. I'm always saving for something or planning to better myself.

Sounds like he is kind of taking advantage of a good thing. If you keep supporting him he won't feel like he needs to get a job and do something to support himself. Maybe you should break it off for a little bit. Let him realize that he needs to get his life in line.

Kick him to the kerb, he's a parasite... You can do SO much better... Find someone WITH a job for a start and someone you would be happy to be seen in public with...

i think you need to talk to him about getting a job and keeping it and just let him know that if he doesnt stop playing games and doesnt get a job then its over.
