It's a wheat beer called Hefeweizen (the type of beer, not the brand), and it's traditionally served with orange or lemon. I am a huge beer fan, but I'm not so big on Hefes. Many people like them, so give it a try and see what you think!

The slice of orange is common with Blue Moon, a cloudy hefeweisen style brew. Once a specialty item, I've even started seeing Blue Moon on tap. But Blue Moon is very light in color (a pale opaque yellow almost white) ... not orange/brown. Blue Moon is also more of a "summer" style beer and although it is available all year long. Therefore, I think you are seeing something else.
I think you are seeing Leinenkugel's Sunset Wheat which advertised heavily on the radio last fall about serving it with a slice of orange. It is brewed with more body to be more of a fall or harvest style brew. It would have a deeper amber color than Blue Moon which you could call orange or brown.
They are both very good, with a lot more flavor and more sweetness than most beers you are used to, which is why the tartness and fragrance of the citrus work so well.

Typically, it's a hefeweizen if it's a cloudy orange yellow with a lemon slice. It's a german style unfiltered wheat beer. The lemon is to hide to poor quality as no good beer needs a fruit slice.
As far as a hef being good, a good one is phenominal. Franziskaner, Paulaner Weiss, Koenig Weiss, and a few other German and Belgian weiss beers are awesome. But please, don't ruin a good beer with lemon slices.
The aforementioned "Blue Moon" is another option, but I NEVER see that in my personal travels, but that doesn't mean it's not a possibility. However, there is still no reason to ruin a Belgian beer by adding fruit.

If the basically beer you ever had became Bud mild and also you loved it, you'll likely have a exceptionally straightforward time searching different beers you'll like. a lot of human beings take a lengthy time period to get used to the flavour of beer, so stringer flavored beers turn them off. Bud is a beer. you may hit upon different kinds of lagers. (regardless of what some beer snobs will say, there are various very solid lagers.) Yuengling makes an noticeably effective lager that's obtainable all alongside the East Coast and some different places. there are various solid imported Czech and German lagers as well. For ales, try regardless of is on draft on the interior sight bar. Bass is solid, and is possibly the most broadly obtainable English ale. try some stouts. Guiness is amazingly comfortable and easy to drink. 1/2 the relaxing of beer ingesting is making an attempt new kinds of beer. each and every now and then you receives one which does not in structure your style, yet it truly is the way you study.

it is a wheat ale. varities are called weizen or hefeweizen. some people like to add a fruit flavor to it though a good one would be hurt by this addition. Blue Moon is a common type called a belgian white (a wheat ale that uses belgian yeast, gives a distinct fruity flavor that beligian beer are known for) they are great summer beers that are light crisp and flavorful, a non-belgian styles will have a hint of bannana esters. best drank on hot days. my personal favortie is White Rascal by Avery brewing company. you can sometimes find these at good beer stores or even at a mellow mushroom if your on the east coast.

That is probably a beer called Molson which is traditionally served with an orange slice to accentuate it's fruity flavors. Molsen is a Canadian beer, it's a fairly lite beer despite it's darkish cloudy appearance. Give it a try....you only live once.

It is called Blue Moon. It is great with an orange; however, try it first without the orange. Once to drink one with an orange you won't go back.

Could be Hiefewisen (spelling?), its a wheat beer. Very yummy, almost a sweet flavor. The lemon really makes it good.

Hefeweizen is good, with or without the lemon. Pyramid is a good brand to try. You might hear people order it as "Hef" for short. Cheers.

It probably is Blue Moon, but could be any wheat beer really. It is good, kind of sweet. Depends on your taste.
