There wouldn't be any danger as long as the pills didn't crush or melt. Instead of a bottle why don't you find a tiny container to store them? Just make sure you can easily differentiate between the 3 pills once they're out their original bottles.

For your own safety, store medications only in their original containers. As tempting as it may be to transfer a few pills from a large bottle into a smaller container, don't -- even if it's another bottle that has the same prescription label. That way they don't become mystery pills or have an inaccurate expiration date. Some drugs, such as the heart medications containing nitrate, should never be put in another container. If they are exposed to oxygen, nitrate evaporates. Alot of original pills container are especially designed for this purpose.

what's the danger part? they aren't going to "rub off" on each other or anything like that; the important part will just be for you to be able to tell them apart and take the right one(s) at the right time; it's perfectly normal and acceptable to carry a pill box with all your pills instead of all the pill bottles; they even sell pretty ones.

WHOA.
In our state (GA), it is illegal for prescription drugs not to be in their original container. I used to be in LE here and we made several cases using that charge- Normally though, it wasn't an issue unless someone was DUI, Disorderly, or something of that nature.
Yes- At home we use a little day of the week thing, too, and I don't know how the cops here would view that in someones purse.

If you are going to carry several days pills and work your way through them, besides identifying them, you might wish to follow the lead of vendors and put a wad of cotton in there to keep them from banging each other to powder. Aspirin is notorious for falling apart.

If you're concerned, get three mini pill containers. You can even get cute little pill boxes at a dollar store. I've seen nice little pill containers that people keep on their key chain, too.
