When we switch users windows suggests that it does see the spyware program even though it will be runnung in the administrator logon

NO, we have 2 user accounts and all our protection runs on both even though it was installed on the admistration account.

on my computer yes we, each user has "spyware" protection. You can also get it from yahoo toolbar. Same with protecting it each user has ther own.Sometimes the scan will catch everything and sometimes you have to clean each user.
