I have two kids one born april 7 2005 and the other born april 7 2006. one is 27lbs the other is 19lbs they both have an infection in their eyes. But one was given gentamicin and the other was given polymyxin. Whats the difference?

There's not much difference between those two. They're both pretty straightforward antibiotics. No doubt the doc must have had a reason for giving different drugs based on their different sizes.

They have the same birthday? How cool is that? :)
