Hi,

Would like to be able to create shopping lists, but I want something a little bit more creative and intelligent.. perhaps keeps track of how much we're consuming and possibly allow me to enter prices and watch the costs and budget... maybe allows me to pick up date from online stores to ease the process and make the names a lot more accurate.. this would help when the person creating the list is not the one doing the shopping.

Bed Bath adn Beyond has a recipe pda, with a thousand recipes from the New York Times stored in it. It has many features, one of which allows you to input a grocery list, as well as a list of items in your pantry, items you regularly use. AS you use the recipes the ingredients used in the recipes are reduces from the items it believes are in your pantry and adds them onto a shopping list it also keeps for you. You can also bypass this feature and monitor your own list. It will record every grocery item you ever enter and when you begin to enter an item on a new list it will perceive the first two letters as a prompt and offer you a list of those items that begin with those two letters.

The recipes are good.

I love mine but don't use it as frequentlyas I should.
