yesterday my boy friend told me that he does not trust me then he told me he said the because he was mad so how do i really know if he trusts me i mean i have necer cheated i have not done anything to him to make him not trust me

You can look at this from many different ways. Like you stated he said he was mad. It could have made him feel better to say that at the time. However, he more than likely said that out of anger. Men and woman both talk out of anger. On the other hand I would evaluate the relationship and see of there is any reason not for him to trust you. Maybe he has some trust issues with himself. There's a saying they have in the south. " A hurt dog will holler." That means, when someone who is doing wrong; what ever it is they're doing. To hide their guilt, they try to first put the blame somewhere else, usually they say that an innocent person is doing it.
Even if the innocent person has not done anything wrong at all.
So my question wouldn't be, "How do I know that my boy friend trust me...". After the way he acted, my question would be. What is my boyfriend doing when he's not around me?

first things first....make sure that you both can trust eachother before getting into a relationship. I wouldn't be mad at him cause that will not help the situation. Just sit down and talk everything over with him. Seems like he is just doing this cause he was jealous....

well if he said it it means he doesnt i mean think about it when ur mad and u argue wit someone u tel the truth and when the arguing is done u think about what was said so is excuse was he was mad well gurl if he dont trust u that means he doesnt trusht his self u should watch out for that one

It does sound like he's making demands on your attention and behaviour. I guess he should understand that on the flipside, he should be putting in some effort to garner some trust from you too!

When he starts asking questions about who you are with where are you going, when you getting home, and when you are late he grabs your cell phone and asks who everyone is that called you. Guys say stupid stuff, but the question is why would he say something like that if it was never on his mind before. I would think about it and either dump his ***, or stay with him and hopefully he doesn't start questioning you down.
