Despite its geographical location, Guadeloupe is part of France (a "département d'outre-mer", or overseas department: if you need a comparison, think of the geographical distance from mainland USA to Hawaii) so the answer is primarily French. There is also creole spoken by some (a creole language is roughly speaking a mixture of an official language - usually from European colonizers - with one or more local, native languages). But French is totally dominant.

Our official language is French and our vernacular language is Creole: which is spoken at home, in non-official situations but nowadays Creole is taught at school. Now people speak Creole more freely than before.
