When we do things like this to ourselves something happend to us in our early childhood years, to help prevent this we need to seek counseling advice, because it sounds like a compulsive disorder. It's not a good thing to do, but it is soothing, isnt it? It sounds like a minor problem, but it's not!

For the pimples you have right now try toothpaste regular not the gel kind, put a dab of it on them before bed... You may want to invest in Proactiv it worked for me! All my friends and family use it too!!
