Jesus died to save you FROM your sins not to save your sins. Without Jesus we would all be condemned to hell. God sent him as a sacrifice to take the the weight of all our sins upon him. Just as in the old testament lambs were sacrificed to God. God new we were all sinners from the time of Adam and Eve yet he loves us anyhow and sent his only son to take the burden of everyone's sins so that one day we could all join him in Heaven. He gave us a choice, believe in Jesus and be saved or not and be condemned to hell. Now it's everyone's own choice whether they want to be Saved or not. You will sin, no matter how hard you try not to,it is the flaw of man, but you have the choice of whether to be cleansed of them all when you die or not. Believing in Jesus is the Only way so you have a simple choice believe and go to heaven or not and be condemned to hell.

He died to save you from your sins because without this Salvation you would die a spiritual death as well as a physical one because the "wages of sins is death" and "all have sinned and come short of the glory of God".

But God loves us enough to us pardon. "For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
(John 3:16)

Jesus died and was resurrected to save all mankind from their sins. If you find your sins embarrassing, perhaps it's time you asked Him to forgive you and to become a Christian.

Jesus died not so much to absolve us from sin but to reiterate that we were already absolved. He could not find another way of making us understand that a Perfect God had made Perfect souls and that we were all doing God's work already without understanding how. Exactly the same conditions that are here today.
We are all absolved even as we speak. Why is it it so hard for us to have faith in the Perfection of God.

Regards
DL

He died to save you FROM your sins.- Not to save them.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever might beleive in him would not perish (HELL), but have everlasting life (Heaven). John 3:16

God sees everything all of us do, Even all the embarassing crap- and as long as we profess to him that we believe, and repent (give up the sinful ways) you are guaranteed everlasting life.

I have personally give God a few shows I expect to hear about when I get there!

If you are religious or attend church, you will see people professing their faith, or being baptized. These are rituals that show God, your church family, and our spirits that we are washing away the sin and being reborn as Christians.

The Christ became by no ability crucified. It became only a crucifiction. In hereafter, each you may even ought to reply for his sins, no individual might want to a comforter for others. If the christ died for others sins, what's fault of before races even as Jesus became no longer accessible. Is it interior the controle of a hman to born in a particular age. God's divine regulation can't be in accordance with injustice or irrational beliefs. the tale of crucification is concotted farce invented by technique of Saint Paul to charm the individuals to christinity with an incentive that although sin might want to they committ like homicide, rape, robbery and so on, they have a licence to be destined in paradise. Do'es this idea seems regulation of God is a question to be meditated by technique of the sensible???

Yes Jesus died to save us of our sins, what people fail to realize is that even though he knew of his resurrection he had a choice. He didn't have to go through the suffering, the public humilation, the pain, ect.

When Christ died, he couldn't see beyond the grave. As far as he could tell, he was going to be DEAD and DONE. THAT's why it was such a huge deal. He died the ultimate death so that we as humans don't have to because of sin. He saved you from your sins, not saved your sins and they are embarrassing... sins suck and that's why God forgives them and then he forgets them. That's what I call the ultimate love.

Yes, he knew he would resurrect in a couple of days and then ascend into Heaven to the cheers of all the holy angels.

So it was no big sacrifice. But it started his legend on earth.
