What are your embarrassing moments?

I need them to enter one of them into shout magazine.
Please keep in mind that i have to enter them in a TEENAGE mag so it has to be appropiate.

I was performing an estimate for the removal and contaminated soil disposal at an industrial plant. During the calculations, I dropped a decimal point and underestimated the total cost of the project by a factor of 10. Instead of costing the company $14,000 that I had calculated, it actually cost $140,000.

Needless to say, I darn near lost my job.
