Some food gets absorbed through our bloodsteam. What is left is waste material. If you are eating enough fiber then chances are that you are not having a healthy bowel movement and that waste just stays in your colon ballooning it up and causing some problems. If you eat plenty of fiber then you will have at least 2 bowel movements a day.

Because these food stuffs contain hardly any fibre,Add fibre to your diet by eating cereals, wholemeal bread ,pasta, fresh fruit .Stay balanced to avoid constipation.
