I was on all of those meds for arthritis too-didnt work, just bad side effects. I completely reversed my arthritis by going on an organic diet, avoiding wheat, soy, eggs and dairy (which are hidden in many things, including meat, shampoo, etc.) I have been on the diet two years, and only get a flare up if I cheat on the diet, I no longer take any meds

I have heard MSM is very good. available in a wide range of foods, including plants, meat, eggs, poultry, and dairy - it is easily destroyed by heat and food processing. So to relieve the pain and inflammation of arthritis, it is better taken in supplement form. But I have heard the cream is also very good.
Please check out this site, I find it has reliable info & is a good source for alternatives.
Please type in arthritis for results (look thorugh for relevant results not all are) I typed in some of the ressults you find g=find helpful.
