Theres one rule in golf, Dont hit when people are still on the green... other than that have at it!

Lots, they have rules for any possible situation.
There is even a rule for what to do when you're ball is halfway under a fence and there is a bug on it!

lots and lots of rules, read the USGA handbook, it has every single golf rule in that book..
