What are your embarrassing moments?

I need them to enter one of them into shout magazine.
Please keep in mind that i have to enter them in a TEENAGE mag so it has to be appropiate.

I work at a church and I mistyped the bulletin last week.......it said a** instead of add.

I have two terrible embarrasing moments, 1 When my parents found the stock of my adult and xrated picture books. 2. When my mom caught me making out with the girl next door :p
