unsweetened juices are best
V8 has lots of salt so that is not best
(I am not sure about the V8 Splash but I bet it has lots of sugar)
drink a variety of juices and even better - drink water and eat fruit and vegetables

the healthiest fruit juice/drink would be freshly squeezed juice of any kind. The juice that comes from the store has sugar and other things added to it which makes the container have less actual juice and more added things to it. The only way to get pure juice is to squeeze your own.

Try drinking plenty of 'plain old water' ... out of the tap is fine, if you don't want to pay more for the 'designer waters' that are for sale all over. You SHOULD NOT drink ONLY one type of fruit juice, because none of them, even V8 are 'complete' or 'completely healthy.' And if you DO drink a lot of fruit juice, try mixing it with water, half and half ... it actually tastes better that way, has less 'sugar' and is better for you.

Acai, a purple wonder-berry which has twice the cancer-beating antioxidants of blueberries, is already a fashionable food in the United States, where scientists recently found it destroyed four-fifths of cancer cells.
Acai berries also have the health-giving omega 6 and omega 9 fatty acids, rarely found in fruit, are low in calories and contain fibre, calcium and vitamins. Doctors say they help to fight leukaemia and premature ageing and the berries are even believed to increase libido. A study by the University of Florida showed that extracts from the berries triggered a self-destruct response in up to 86 per cent of cultured leukaemia cells tested.
The first bottled juice version, made by a firm called Happy Monkey, will be sold by Waitrose from June

It's a good juice if there isn't any sugar or other sugar type added to it. You're usually safe with apple juice but check the ingredients.

The one that's still in the whole fruit.
Yes, you're better of eating the fruit itself, and taking full advantage of all of the phytonutrients than you are just drinking the juice. And fruit drinks have very, very little juice in them.

Fresh squeezed orange juice is my guess. It has no additives unless your doing the adding! Other than that, I'd say water!!

Probably eating the fruit itself is the healthiest.

I had a Sunkist apple juice before. It had 150% vitamin C. Then I had an Sunkist orange juice, and it had 100% vitamin C... Dunno how this happened, but I think these drinks are pretty healthy.
