You would have to use a program specifically designed to undelete files on your hard drive.

Use google in order to determine this, just do a search for an undelete program. I have found a program for you to use, for free.. listed it in the URL below.

Basically what happens is when you delete a file on your computer, you don't actually delete the file. You simply delete its reference in the file listing that is read by your OS. The file is still there and can be retrieved - provided that your OS doesn't write over it since you've deleted it (it regards that space as writable after you delete it).
