I thought I liked someone I couldn't have. He was older, very hot and going through a divorce. I thought that he probably thought I was too immature for him or something. We used to work together and we were work friends for about a month when something weird happened (I didn't know what it was at the time though, turns out he and his guy work friends all had a thing for me and were competing...he backed out cuz he was a manager. And girl let me tell you, I'm no Jessica Alba. There are guys who can see a good person, IN and out. They tend to be older though.) and we stopped talking completely and acting like strangers. I kept on loving him fiercly but silently for about a year. Then I moved back to my hometown while he was away on his vacation. He went back to work and I was gone. Well turns out he was madly in love with me too the whole time! He contacted me and we went on an "outing" to Disney for the day. It was great because I don't think either of us was sure if it was a friend thing or a date so the whole day was spent laughing and talking ONLY. The end of the day was spent at his place sipping wines he brought back from Europe and then we both shocked each other with our confessions about how we felt about the other. It was the most magical day of my life. It was like a movie or something I couldn't, and still can't, believe it.

Never say never, there is no way to know for sure if you can have someone or not. I HONESTLY believed with all my heart that there was no way in hell that this guy would ever feel the same way I did, but he did. My wish came true. And it can happen for anyone too. But I will say that if he has a girlfriend, I would not try to lure him away. (Mine was already separated from his exwife before I even met him.) Say you do....how will you feel knowing that you are with a guy who will leave one girl for another? I wouldn't be scared shitless wondering if my guy found someone better and could leave me any second, even if our relationship was good. Good luck!

There's nothing wrong with feeling what you feel. Feelings come from within. Just be realistic. Stay friends. You never know what may happen. But likely not. There are OTHER people. Date.

Nothing wrong with a crush. If you know you will never be able to have him though, I wouldn't waste much time on it.
