I had a c-section about 8 months ago and I can not see to tone my stomach or hips up. I know this is gross but I have this roll of skin that just hangs there? I work out 5-6 days a week. I do 45-50 minutes of cardio a day.

Eat oatmeal with raisins at least two times a day with a full glass of water. Make sure you don't put anything else in it. The trick is to trick the body if it's use to a certain routine. If you feed the fat cells in your body you will get fatter,,If you starve the fat cells in your body you'll get leaner. Oatmeal is good for the heart and it helps burn fat, you'll be energized for a long while. Just eat a bowl with raisins soon as you wake up and a glass of water plus fruit.Just try to squeeze it into you diet two times a day plus your workout schedule... Do this for six to eight weeks and the fat will melt like butter.

some times the muscles around the c-section are effected by the cut. i would consult our ob-gyn and see if they recommend plastic surgery or a better excerise routine. good luck
