Doesn't sound very feasible.
You could try enlarging your existing fuel-tank though. Or affix a second one and try working out a way of switching between tanks. When one empty, 'switch' to other tank. Or perhaps a duel feed fuel pipe.

I would have thought it was extremely dangerous. Petrol burns quite well, you know. One small foul up and it's spraying all over the place.
I dare say the authorities would go ballistic if they thought you were going to try this.
Arrange a refuelling point, on land, on the way.

Very doubt full,Can you not just have a spare tank with a pipe attached with a tap on it,reserve fuel thing.

If you mean aircraft-to-aircraft refuelling, I doubt it as the turbulence from the lead aircraft would play havoc with your hang-glider.
