Outgoing? Yes, virtually everyone who knows me would agree that I'm outgoing.
Funny? Some would say that I am. I have a slightly off-beat sense of humor and that throws a few people.
Always telling jokes? No. I rarely tell a joke. My humor is more in life's idiosyncrasies.

Close...I don't tell many jokes, but quips and comments....umm, yeah. That's me! :D The word "bubbly" is used an awful lot, even though I'm quite cynical.
