use a splitter on the main tv. You will have to use a short piece of cable from the tv to the splitter. Then run the cable from the splitter to the other room. It is very easy; just takes time to run the cable where you can't see it. I have gone thru the wall up the closet and across the attic to the room or if you have a basement drill a hole in the floor (corner) across the basement and back up thru the floor in the room. Always drill in the corner or drill a small hole thru to the closet and go that way.
You can hide the holes with the face plates. Just feed the cable thru it before you go thru the wall.

I am a woman and have run a lot of cable.
Good luck!!!!

Use a splitter and a signal booster if you find you lose some of your signal. They sell them at any Radio Shack or Source store. If the basement is not finished you can run the cable very easy to each room, you may be able to fish the cable threw the ceiling if you have a wire snake. Good Luck

These guys are right about the splitters and amps to gain a better signal. The only thing that I can add is to get splitters that are rated 10 megs. this might eliminate the need for some amps. I actually have run satelite cable in a couple of sears electronics departments and we used RG6 cable to get a better signal. We put 30+ tvs on one signal. Good luck.

Yes, but try to run each cable from a central splitter. This is preferable to "daisy chaining" your system. It may take more cable, but in the long run you will have less signal loss overall. The more splitters you have in your system, the more signal loss you will have.

This may not be a big deal at first, but if you add more accessories such as phone service and internet, you will need every bit of signal you can get.

You can install a splitter and feed the other rooms but when you install the splitter it reduces the signal strength to the other TVs. if you are only going to feed one other room that's okay use a 2 way splitter and install it before the 1st TV. If you are adding more rooms and your picture is bad on the farthest TV you will have to add an amp. in that cable run a 10db adjustable amp will do.and you can find them at radio shack,Wall-mart and home depot
