I already have a wire installed and hanging because there is a wired light there in my dining room already
The new one is from world market and is called the capiz hanging lamp. it doesn't come with a bulb.

I think you should hire an electrician. Replacing a light fixture is very simple, but if done without proper precautions could be dangerous. Without seeing your light fixture and the existing condition I do not think any will be able to direct you on doing this yourself.

better to hire a professional one or a friend who knows what he/she doing, and you can study while she/he is doing it. It can be dangeous to do it by yourself if it's your first time.

and by the way: you need to shut off the electicty and use a tester( get from home deport) to test it to see there is no more electrcity before your working on it if you follow the first suggestion above.

The new light will fit where the old light is removed, just remove the old light, disconnect the wires, and connect you new light. Black wire to black, white wire to white
