you are not supposed to stop eating. I noticed with me certain foods give the feeling of wanting more, while others leave me satisfied. fast food i know for sure leaves me wanted more, less energy, empty mood. I know if i keep my mind busy that helps. and of course drink alot of water.

You need to ask your self why you are eating all the time. Are you comfort eating? Comfort eating isn't just for saddness it can be for celebrations too! I also think the more you think about dieting the harder it gets, your brain hates being told what to do and rejects this so even though you know you shouldn't be doing it, you're fighting with this inner torment. Ever noticed how when youre on a diet you crave for fatty foods that you've never really liked? I would suggest forgetting about dieting. Just eat when your hungry and stop when your satisfied, not when you're full put your knife and fork down between mouthfuls and slow it down. You'll be surprised at the healthy choices you'll make, you won't be on a diet, you'll just have your reasons for not eating something, i find that works best. good luck you can do this! :)

Only eat healthy snacks. Chuck out the chocolate! Go supermarket and buy yoghurts, fruit salads..etc. Trick i use is to buy sweets and mints. Soft mints and Millions, or jelly beans, they fill u up and dont have any fat in them. Or have chewing gum. When you eat meals think about what your chewing and chew at least 20 times so you are aware of how much your eating. If you need a chocolate fix buy dark chocolate of at least 70% cocoa, its less fatty and more rich so u wont want as much. Buy highlights hot chocolate too if u need to fill up when your having a chocolate moment! Ucan eat as much as u want of fruit, vegetables and low fat yoghurt. i no its an old myth too, but drink plenty of water it makes u need a wee- therefore flushes out your bodys bad toxins! hope i helped xxxxx

Try to distract your mind. CHew sugar less gum, drink water. CHew slowly
snack on celery. You probably got into a habit ofconstantly moving your mouth and putting things in. You should snack frequently but eat only low calory food while snacking and to take in very small porportion. You have to train yourself not to eat so much.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
