Call your local pharmacist and ask him/her...I am guessing your doctor did not prescribe them both to you at the same time? Anytime you have a question about drug interactions, calling your pharmacist should be the first thing you do...

I don't know how long you plan on being on vicodin, but I am on lexapro and took vicodin for two days after a small surgery. As far as long term, it's best to ask your dr. or a pharmasist.

Should'nt hurt you. I take vicodin but I hated lexapro and changed to cymbalta. I don't advise over doing it because it's very addictive good luck with them both
