Sounds to me like you could be allergic to something. Contact dermatitis is when you come in contact with something that causes an allergic reaction. You can put hydrocortisone cream on it or benadryl cream to slow down the histamine reaction. Then you need to think...have you changed something that comes in contact with your skin? Your laundry detergent, your fabric softener, soap, shampoo, cologne, after shave, etc? Something you haven't ever used before and thought you'd try out? I would bet on the laundry detergent and/or fabric softener especially if you sleep on that ear and it was in contact with your pillow all night. Hope that helps!!

Ummmm....sounda like a sunburn. Or severely dry skin. Rub some lotion on the skin or else it gets the hose again.

stop picking it, it could be ezema or a skin irritation.get some aqueous creme to help the itching and go and see your doctor.

its called chilblains. you can get them on your feet as well. its to do with bad circulation but normally you only get them in cold weather.use good old fashion Vaseline and try not to rub /scratch them

you probably have some kind of a skin irritant, a new hairspray, or gel... maybe you slept on it weird..., try putting some 1st aide cream on it...
