I did not know that cots can build any weapons, let alone a "nucear" weapon. I can tell you that cots are not as comfortable to sleep in as a bed. There must be some advanced technology on your planet because "nucear" weapons have not been invented on Earth (terra) yet. I must now ask Homeland Security to keep an eye on the cots in the United States.

The effort and care needed to build a nuclear weapon is far greater than is necessary to properly spell the question you have just asked. Baby steps before giant leaps.

Thankfully more money than you have. By 1996 the us had spent at least 5800 billion dollars on nuclear weapons. The huge cost you are going to run in to is the harvesting and purification of the nuclear material to fuel it
