simply pay the bill...one cannot deceive or run away from money owed to the US Government...they can also take away your IRS refund as well

You could stop working. Or find a job for which you are paid, basically, unofficially (off the grid), and then you would not be paying taxes either. Quite illegal. When you took the loan the policies were all presented to you and you theoretically agreed to them. Escaping from law would mean removing yourself from their sight.
