I know it's emotional eating, but that doesn't stop me. I eat constantly, and as much as I can until I feel sick sometimes.
I'm only 10 pounds over weight, so that's not an issue YET.
Why can't I control myself? I'm looking for advice and support.

Knowing why you do it is half the battle. Try Overeaters Anonymous. They have meetings everywhere. And it's not just obese people. Like you, there are millions of people who aren't (yet) really overweight, but they can't stop the emotional eating, either.

My advice is to nip it in the butt now. An eating disorder is a eating disorder so I suggest going and just talking to a therapist about it. The first visit isn't very encouraging so make sure you go at least 2 or 3 times before you make a judgement.

what are the issues behind your eating? is it a current situation or something from the past affecting you? i suggest the support of close ones and if necessary therapy. hope it all goes well for you

You should drink a glass of water before you eat, that way you will become more full faster. It isn't good for everyone to do, but someone who has these eating habits, its a good idea. you can do ittt!!!
