i want my belly fat to go away! now!! i want to get into a bikini this summer!! i couold wear one now but i wuoldnt be comfortable!! i know im gonna have to work at it but i dont know what to do! ive alrady given up most junk food and all pop! wht kind of exercises should i do?? People are tellin me that theres no use in doin crunches because i havnt gotten rid of the fat. is that true?? will the crunches help even the the fat isnt gone?? because ive been doing like 200 crunches every night for the past 2 months!! its almst like i can see a six pack forming but its like bulky because of my fat!! so should i work on getting rid of the fat?!? If any of you have gone on diets that worked lemme know please!!! im only 14 so i cant go to a gym every day [ i cant drive! ] please and thankyou

Hey baby! i'm in the army so we work out A LOT! It is very important for you to feel comfortable in whatever you wear and it is admirable that you are actually working towards getting the body you want! I'm proud of you! OK onto workout. Try what we call the flutter kick. lay flat on your back and lift both your legs six inches in the air. then lift your head off the ground and tuck your chin into your chest. then raise your legs one by one as quickly or as slowly as you want in the air and bring them back down to the six inches. you'll feel your stomach burning quick! You can also try what we call the "superman bicycle kick". get into the situp position with your knees up and your hands behind your head. raise your knees to a 90 degree angle and begin pumping your legs like you're riding a bike and simultaneously raise the opposite elbow to touch your knees. you should see results. these exercises work out different stomach muscle groups so keep eating healthy and working out and you'll get the body you want!

You cant just pick an area and lose fat. But you should try doing an elliptical machine. It will cut down the fat everywhere. You should still do crunches because when you lose your belly, you be ready for it!!! Good Luck!!

Do crunches and also learn and practice YOGA daily.
