you have to be realistic..unless if there is some kind of computer error or something along those lines, there is no way you can get to orlando for 100 per person...ive bin flying for years now and can usually find the best deal on any flight and i would say that THE cheapest you could get is 150 and that would be from detroit metro..even priceline would not be able to get you a price that low

Try from Detroit on Spirit Air. They run sales all the time literally for $0.05 or $9...dirt dirty cheap. But the dates for these sales are set far enough apart you'd need to stay 2 weeks to a month, but their fares are really so low, you can get them under $100 if you watch the sales. I got Atlanta to Vegas for $95 round trip with one sale they had. They have a $0.08 sale going on right now, so check them out and sign up for their e-mail alerts.
Right now Detroit to Tampa, which isnt far from Orlando, is $44 each way before taxes on select dates. Other days are $69 each way and some are more, but check them out and sign up for their milage program. As a Free Spirit Member you get discounts when you book airfare. Everyone can get $5 off each way just for being a member sometimes.
Its a no frills airline, only one beverage service, snacks are for purchase and no entertainment. So, you get what you pay for, but its a cheap flight.
Ive flown them many times and I also worked their flights when I was in Vegas working for Delta. We were contracted to do their ticket counter and gates...so its an ok airline, I still prefer mainline legacy carriers...but it saves money.
****You have to go to their website for the sale fares. They will not be what you see on a travel site. Even though another site may list Spirit at one price, go to their website and check the current sale fare list. They run sales weekly here lately since word is spreading about them.****

Try purchasing a standby ticket from SouthWest for around $35, but when purchasing a standby ticket keep in mind you will only get on the plane if there are open seats and no weight restrictions, this is not a confirmed ticket and Southwest can be difficult to non-rev on.
You can always try Airtran or Jetblue, but i doubt you will find a ticket for only $100 round trip, maybe one way. Also if your traveling with a group it is better to purchase confirmed tickets to confirm a seat on the aircraft.

You'll probably have better luck out of Detroit, I'd imagine.
Spirit, American and Continental are each listing fares of $103 on Yahoo travel (Detroit to Orlando), but you may be able to whittle that down by trying each of the travel sites (watch out for hidded fees!): Orbitz, Cheap Tickets, Travelocity, etc.
good luck!

JetBlue, Southwest and US Airways are all very cheap, like 70 pp, and I believe they all fly to Orlando.

Try Jet Blue. They're pretty cheap and it's good service on the flight.

I, too, love JetBlue but I use kayak.com. this searches over 100 different websites it says, including jetblue.
It's a very slim chance you'll get it for $100... but you can try.
