Depends on the situation in which you use it. If is in conection to someone you want to protect o be responsible of, is: "yo me encargare de ti". If its in conection to give some service, is: (like in one store or alike) "yo te atendere". And if is in relation to somebody that do somethig to you and you want to get vengance on him, is: " me las pagaras"
