I've been wearing contacts for over 10 years with no problems. For the past 2 months I've been having dizzy spells. During the episodes, reading or watching a screen is extremely uncomfortable. What could be going on? My lens and glasses prescriptions are current and the glasses I wear at night give me no problems. Is it possible that since I got the prescription when I was pregnant and now I've had my baby that something has changed dramatically with my eyes? I'm out of answers!

They may not be related. But check with your doctor, and do so immediately.

A sudden vision change is frequently a symptom of diabetes. You may have had gestational diabetes that has simply become Type II diabetes. Gestational diabetes, among other things, is a warning that you are very likely to develop Type II diabetes unless you take control of your lifestyle.

Don't wait on this one.

When I got those feelings while in my 30's, it was my blood pressure rising.
