Hi all. I would like to get started on Invisalign (or other orthodontic procedures), but I will be relocating to another state in the coming months. What would be the best course of action for my situation?

You are not the first person to be in this sort of position.

I would advise you to wait. Otherwise, you will pay for mouth molds and treatment plans, and then have to switch to another orthodontist. The fees are not transferrable unless you are on some sort of plan that offers this feature.

We have a page on our website about having braces and moving. Give it a look to see if it helps you with your decision.

Wait until you move, your treatment will last at least a min of a year. You gotta see your orthodontist once a month, it would be stupid to drive or go back state to state every month.
