Yes you need to use a third party source like netteller. Golden Palace and Absolute use this and other 3rd party methods. You put your money into the netteller account and then you move it from there into the poker site. They can't stop the transaction because it isn't going directly to the poker site.
Gamble on!

yes you can play poker for real money, the companys are not allowed to operate in the US. But they can be owned by a US interest in a foreign country with a foreign service provider. They would probably ask you for a credit card number and how much you want to put in. What I would do is play for fun first and see if your any good at it before you start gambling with the real money.

There is no law against playing online poker in the US and many players login and play every day. There are many great US online poker sites and one of the best is Full Flush Poker where you’ll get a great welcome bonus, plenty of freeroll tournaments and great cash games. They offer fast free payouts too and you can check them out here...http://www.netsng.com/full-flush-poker.html

Yes you can. There's a huge list of sites on this site http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com/article.php/internet-gambling-ban-poker-sites-status and you can also play on Cake Poker through their rakeback section from the US, but it isn't listed on that list yet.
