By being rude do you mean giving a straight up no b/s answer or do you mean being hateful for no apparent reason. By the way not to be rude or anything but I think you may have not spelled one of your words correctly.

if your talking about peoples answers, i have noticed that some people can be vary rude. just report them.
but also there are many of us that are honest and are trying to be as helpful as possible. when you ask questions to an open forum expect some fools to respond, skip their answers and read the ones that truly apply to you.

Its probably the only chance they have to bully and demean anyone. But then again, I have no problem being rude (and downright hateful) if someone tries to force their belief systems on me.

I dont know. I think maybe because it makes them feel like they are coming off so cool because they have the "guts" to come off as a jerk. But no one knows who they are and arent going to take the effort to fight with them so they feel safe hiding behind their screen name. In the end of it all? they are cowards who want a sense of security. Its very lame.

It's because they can hide behind their online persona. They don't really have to be accountable for what they say. In the real world they are more than likely spineless.
