I need a photo of a small group of children (close up on faces) preferably one that includes multicultural children together and different genders too.

Try searching on either http://images.yahoo.com, http://images.google.com or http://images.dogpile.com. Then you can see if the image has a copyright or not after selecting one using the previews.

You should try http://www.sxc.hu ...it's a free stock site-free meaning there are no royalties and you don't have to pay to download. Most of the photos are of good quality. Sometimes you do have to notify, credit, or get permission from the photographer but you never have to pay them.
