My "best friend" just broke up with her BF, and she wont return my emails. Should i call?

Of course you should call. She just might not be checking her e-mail. Not everybody checks their e-mail on a daily basis. Or if they do, sometimes time is limited, and e-mails can not be responded to.
Like others have answered - what she really needs is a friend who cares and will understand.

if she is not returning ur e-mails then i think u should call. right now she really needs a friend who cares about how she feels. she needs comfort and support. if u really care, then call her and help her out.

Don't call, go and see her. She might need a shoulder to cry on or someone to talk to.....
be more personal , don't show your emotion on paper or the computer.....it would mean so much more.
if she is far away, then yes call her and do it now. don't wait.

She will need a friend to listen and not be judgemental, I would call her.
