I eat alot even when i'm not hungary. I am not a big girl but i'm starting to pack on the pounds. How do I curve my appetite during the day and get the thought of food out of my head?!?

I have the same problem..I just want to eat all the time..When I,m not eating ..I'm thinking about my next snack or meal.I recently joined an online program..SparkPeople.com.It offers a free weight loss plan and healthy eating plans also..This might help..It also has lots of recipes, diet tips ,exercise tips, and message boards,a very informative and fun program... If you are full, then your brain won't tell you to eat. Make sure you are eating 25g of fiber a day - fiber will keep you full, improve colon health, and the soluble fiber helps to reduce bad cholesterol. Wash it down with 8 glasses of water, and you are set.

You might want to break up your meals into smaller meals followed by a snack an hour later. For some people, that helps.

Run, jog or power walk real fast in downtown areas where there are lots of reflective windows. Vanity will do the rest. Even if you think of food you may not want to eat it. Besides once you see that your meabolism is increasing you will not be hungry as often or as bored.

Another thing you can do is to eat the right foods that can help keep off the wt. www.glycemicindex.com.

I have the same problem. I just made some brownies and eggrolls. Should I eat them at the same time?

drink lots of water, It keeps you full and is healthy for you. 6-8 cups of pure water is recommended daily. WAter also helps cut down fat.

hoodia. it works wonders, also if you're hungry, drink water between every bite, and you'l fel fuller. Also, sucking on hard candy with little calories helps. ANd if all else fails, purging works wonders :D
