my computer is super infected but i can't really afford to get norton or any thing right away. is there anything i can do? i have a basic understanding of computers and can figure things out when given directions, but i wouldn't know on my own what to do.

Download AVG anti-virus, it's free.
Then after you dl, install, and run that, get Ad-Aware SE, also free, to get rid of spyware.
Then dl Spybot Search & Destroy, also free.
