Screw yourself. . . . Dont get me wrong!! Go for a walk; go for a run; go play basketball; go play squash. But tell me, what are your interests; what is your work. Are you a computer professional who has to sit in the front of a computer for 8 hrs a day?? and then have to go to sleep?? Then you have a problem. Are you a person sitting in the office for 8 hrs a day?? and then have to go to sleep?? Then again you have a problem. Are you a self employed person who works most of the day and night?? Then again you have a problem. To reduce weight you have first to be comfortable with yourself. Think. I want to reduce weight. Think again and reconfirm. OK done. Then walk; and walk; and walk; and walk; and walk and walk. This I do that is why I speak this method with authority. My weight is 70 kg for the past 35 yrs;; because I walk and walk and walk.

There is no short cuts for it. If you really wish to reduce your weight..its little hard work..always keep in mind " if you want something , you have to work for it ". You can do a little walking of about 15-30 mints per day. stop taking tea and other drinks with sugar. avoid soft drinks completely.stop eating chips,crips and other fried snaks in between your daily meal. keep trying atleast for 3 months before you expect a result from your efforts to reduce wait..all the best...

here r few tips which will dfinitely reduce yr wt
avoid fat specially fried stuff
take plenty of fruits and vegitables which would also reduce yr cereal intake
eat less than what u normally eat. avoid over eating.
have some physical exercise pranyama or yoga.
always be happy and think positive.

saky, don't go in no diet . eat everything just less portions . that's all . plenty of fruits & vegatables and drink plenty of water too , i did it and have lost 48 pounds in 2 months . not bad , since i have always had a hard time staying with diets and getting discourage by them , so this way i still eat what i want , but less . wish you luck sweetie .....................also excercise by starting slowly and then adding more activity so not to be so sore and do plenty walking .

Eat light meals frequently rather than starve yourself and eat big meals.Exercise regularly,at least 3 times a week.Walk, swim, dance, just keep moving,have an active lifestyle.
