I've been going out with someone for about 2 weeks now. I used to see her a lot on the weekdays and weekends but now time is only really limited to the weekends. We are both 18. I am her first boyfriend however, and I have been with other girls before, so I am not really new to this whole thing, but it feels really new because she hasn't been with anyone before. I want to know when I should make the big moves. Like the big steps...how can I go about introducing these bigger steps without getting shut down or a slap in the face? Also, what could we do together on the weekends except go to the movies and dinner. We both live in a very small town and we have to drive like 40 minutes away to really do anything (this including going to the movies) I spend time at her house a lot but I feel stupid going there all the time. What could we do that is fun and new but doesnt contain movies and her house? Thanks for all your help.

Go bowling, to a club, to the park, for drives, picnics, bike rides, ice skating, play video games, do something artsy, go to a live music show/concert, etc etc.

In all honesty, I'd talk to her about most of the stuff. The worst thing is when someone feels pressured into doing something. Pay attention to her body language and see if it "seems" like she wants you to kiss her. You say you've been in relationships before so you should be able to tell by subliminal signals she sends you and her body language if she wants you to kiss her. Then just go from there. Good luck.

Regarding the "big" moves, I wouldn't concentrate on those but on her. This is her first experience and you don't want to come off as pushy, insensitive, or selfish. She has to feel right about it. It's way way tooooo soon now. You'll know when she's ready for you but don't push her.

Regarding activities, what do you guys enjoy? may be doing arts and crafts at home? how about going to a library if there's one around? do you have access to internet? there's a lot of things you can do online. Do you guys like being in nature? riding bikes or horses -- icefishing, picknicks (outdoors or in the attic!!), do you enjoy cooking? may be you can cook or bake together or for each other? may be collecting things (you can get very creative with collecting). how about playing games or reading together?
