Those waffles that you put in the toaster are good.
Precook breakfast sausage; just zap in the microwave or heat in a skillet.
Scrabbled eggs with cheese; crack eggs into a bowl, add a little salt & pepper & milk. Mix with a fork & add to a frying pan with med/low flame.
Stir often to avoid sticking (I use a rubber spatula instead of a spoon).
Once there almost done add a slice of cheese & cover, after about 1 minuter turn flame off & let sit for about another minute.

Toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. Microwave the bacon if you can cook. Just cover it top and bottom loosely with paper towels and nuke it on high power until cooked. Couple of small pieces of butter in a pan until it melts, medium heat, mix up some eggs and throw them in the pan. Keep stiring them until cooked.

French Toast is easy enough

Beat two eggs and pour in about 1/2 cup of milk and however much cinnamon you want - beat together with fork

dip both sides of bread and fry on stove top - be sure to flip and fry both sides

add some butter and syrup and - yum

umm eggs are real easy to make and so is cereal. and if you really want you can get microwave sausage and bacon. what did you eat before your wife came along?
