Actually, I think with any person, in this case a male, there would need to be a period of adjustment. Breasts are only an extension of a woman they don't make or define a womans traits or characteristics. A woman is a woman in essence not because she has or lack nipples or her natural set of mammary glands. When there is love in a relationship nothing else matters. In fact a close friend of mines wife experienced this same predicament and all he told me was "Briand, love conquers all."

First of all, this is really radical surgery. Also, the question is one that is very serious.
If the surgery is to combat cancer and there is no other way. do and get it done. There are great medical proceedures and prothesis that look and feel and are almost the same as the real thing.
I have a cousin that had breast cancer years ago and she was married to a wonderful guy who did not mind because the woman he loved was still with him. After he passed away she decided that for her to "get back in the game" she needed the surgery. And to tell the truth she looks great.
When this happens you will really tel if the guy loves the woman or not and who is really the person to be be with.

I dont think it would bother me too much being that im a guy thats not to much into breast..my main focal point is the lower curved parts like hips....i also had a sister that had breat cancer and had to have one of her breast removed and had an implant and (no joke) a nipple tattoed in the place where its suppose to be,and seing a family member going through that makes it a lot easier t have to deal with it if i ever had to.

If she did so due to "fear" of cancer, then that is just an underlying problem of running away. In other words, it is absolutely ludicrous to do so out of fear, since there is not certainty of contracting cancer.
If it were mandatory to remove her cancer so she can live, then that's completely acceptable. I did not fall in love with a woman's breast, I fell in love with the woman. Therefore, she is still the same person with or without breasts.

I believe this would be something a male would have to come accustomed to. If you have been married for years, your husband should accept this. What would happen if he lost a leg? Relationships should be based on love, commitment, and acceptance.
Ir you are not involved in a relationship at this time, it will be more challenging. It's just like someone losing a limb. Or if a man can't rise to the occasion. If the relationship is based on looks or sex, then it will not last. I wish you luck.

There is absolutely no way for me to answer that without knowing the lady. I can't tell you how I would feel about anyone without knowing the person no matter how well you describe their physical characteristics. I have feelings for people because I like the person not because of their physical looks. If any guy can honestly say they wouldn't like this woman because of her surgery then I would have to say that guy would be no loss.

If she had cancer then I would say thank god she caught it and is alright. If she selectively had it done I would say she's way to caught up in fear. A person with this type of paranoia should seek counseling.

To have the breast tissue removed out of fear is a little too extreme I think, but to have it done for health reasons is understandable. How would I feel if it happened to my wife? I would love her as much as before, I would care for her as much as before, and would cherish her as much as before!! Boobs don't make the relationship, they only enhance what is already there -- friendship and love!!

They do keep the nipples. The woman's own nipples. They reattach them after inserting the implants.

Implants are great. Only women have problems with implants. Men are very visual. Women are jealous of the girls with implants, don't listen to them, guys love them.
It doesn't mean you won't have nipples. You wont' have feeling in them is all.
