the words i love you have been used so much with out meaning its like hearing do you want to super size your drink
the best way is showing her do small things for her like running a bath if she is running late from work or have dinner all ready or even just started is helpful
think of small things to do that are not only kind but helpful to her
bring her a coffee in the morning so she can stay there for 5 mins longer
help her on the weekend with housework so you have the rest of the weekend to snuggle and cuddle
put a note in her pocket or purse just saying have a great day see you soon

LOL! That is so funny to me because an ex BF of 4 yrs told me once that he not only "loves" me, but he "******* loves" me. I thought wow either he really means it or he just ran out of other words to use. Now my current bf/ fiance tells me he loves me with out th f word. I actually like it allot better. He's not one of many words but then he leans in and looks me in the eyes, goes and kisses me just slightly on the lips and tells me "I love you more than I could ever explain" ...Oh god it gets me weak in the knees and hits me right in the heart.

no!!! do not use profanity that's disrepectful!!! Instead do something romatic ...instead of telling her out right...get one of those boxes that jewelery comes in and get a cute little card...write the words I love you on the card, place it in the jewelery box, tie it with a bow and give to her....
she'll ask what is this and what's the occasion...tell her its just because (of course her mind will be racing thinking its jewelery) when she opens it and reads it ...it will be far more valuable to her for you to tell her you love her and to think you put so much thought into it....trust me ...this would work on me....

Hahaha.....I'm the type of girl that wouldn't mind that. I don't know if it is the 'best' way to say I Love You...but if you're that type of guy.
I think as long as you are exhibiting your love for her in a passionate way then F**K YEAH!!!!!
