Hmmm, sounds like you have a problem (obviously).
A lot of people don't get the idea that you want to call it quits, and it's always a difficult and delicate matter to deal with. If you've already talked about it with him and he's persists, then you could have his number blocked or whatever. If he's one of those stalker sickos you should probably have a restraining order put against him ... but he might be able to bypass that since you are the mother of his children.
But don't respond to emails, or calls.
No offense or anything, but maybe you should use protection next time until you are pretty sure that you are with the right partner, because one "oops" baby is one thing, but 3? That's a bit much, and you really cant take away his rights as the father unless he gives them up, so that makes this much harder.

Get a restraining order and file for child support. If he violates the restraining order, report him immediately. If you've made the final decision to drop him, don't give him any more chances. Be firm.

He can deny that the kids are his all he wants, but it won't make any difference. If he has been there since the kids were born, treating them like his own, he's still liable for support. Besides, his name is probably on the birth certificate. Try denying that.

Go to Social Services & they will see to it (if they're doing their job) that he pays child support. They will order paternity tests if necessary. Altho if he has acknowledged the children in writing its not necessary. You need a court order for support. Even if he doesn't have any money its a good idea. Who knows, they might be eligible for Social Security benefits because of him some day.

Contact the police since he won't leave you alone. However, they probably won't do anything if he isn't threatening you.

What else should you do? Get some damn birth control pills so that our tax dollars can be put to better use. Your kids aren't exactly starting out their lives on a positive note & it probably won't get any better for them.

Get a Restraining Order against him. See a lawyer, report him to the police. He's bad news!
