Both. I have 8 different mustards in my fridge right now because I love it, so it's a secret ploy with the large grocery stores to get me to spend more money on new mustards.

I hate mustard. It tastes like spicy anus. Especially French's.
But maybe the gov is giving it to us to prep us for any mustard gas attacks? That must be why wasabi is so popular.
