My Resdent permit finished on april 2006. I would like to go back again to saudi arabia. when I can go back? My sponser did not give NOC. My wife is working in Saudi Arabia. How can I go back to Saudi Arabia. Please answer.

1) if you have been out on Exit/Re-Entry VISA than you can come back any time depends on the validity of your visa. (You exit/re-entry has to be valid before entering the kingdom)
2) If your exit/re-entry has been expired than you check with your local saudi consulate, what to do with it.
3) If you went our on EXIT (only) then you have to buy a new VISA and no NOC is required as per the new labor law.
It is not a big problem as you mentioned that you went out on Exit/Re-entry. so it's ok you can come back in KSA.

properly there is no such ingredient as a visit-artwork visa, there's a company visa and visit visa. inspite of in case you go back on a company visa you could't artwork in KSA except you ahve a artwork enable. also you should bypass by the medicals etc. Its extra useful in case you go back back previously the expiry of the go out re get admission to visa. there's a clean diverse visit visa it truly is issued to GCC voters. also you'll require a sponsor to recommend your visit visa etc.
