I live in a small community and 2 nights ago, a 14 year old "gay" boy was raped at an apt. complex when he took out the trash. The reason being said is that the rapist was teaching him a lesson about being gay.

The rapist WAS gay! What a feeble excuse! Trying to hide his evil behind phony moralism!

First of all, I don't believe that at 14 years old a boy knows that he's gay. Most boys haven't even completed puberty at that age!
That aside, however, this is no way to "teach" anyone a lesson. It sounds like a phony excuse to me...someone who has some serious power issues, and needs to feel mighty by praying on children.
Personally I don't believe homosexuality to be natural - it appears to have grown into a fad - but IF it is, than this is certainly no way to teach a young man what comprises a loving relationship between two people.
Arrr....some people can be so sick.

So, if a man rapes a woman, he can say he is teaching her a lesson about being a woman? The rapist can say what he wants. That is no defense, and it won't hold up in a court of law. In fact, by that criteria, he could also be charged with a hate crime, in addition to the rape.

It is fascinating that the people who hate gays the most do exactly that to show how much they hate gays. Gay prisoners are raped all of the time by inmates who hate gays. The intellectual process there is seriously lacking, but then most people who are that bigoted usually don't have that many functional brain cells.

There is much evil. Some of the evil pretends to be good, but that doesn't make it good. Spend much time reading Scripture. (Start with the book of John if you haven't read much before). and Righteousness will begin to come into focus.

This is very sad and my thoughts are with the boy. "teaching lessons" is the root of ignorance. And people "who don´t understand" are the victims of those who think "to know" how people should be.
